Some of Our Installations

Installation #1:
This install was a Nordic TF75 furnace which provides forced air heating and cooling AND hydronic heating (in floor). It also supplies almost all domestic hot water. The home, with existing ductwork, is heated/cooled with forced air. The hydronic hot water is used to heat their 2000 sq foot shop which was built for in floor heating.
These home and business owner's had this to say:
"We are very pleased with the work and planning done by Earth and Air Home Heating Systems Inc.
From beginning to end we were in communication with Matt Bailey and Kim Primrose and everything went well!
Its really a pleasure to come home and our house as well as our shop is nice and warm!
Thanks to all the hard work and for a job well done!" George and Mary

Installation #2:
This install was a retrofit from an oil/wood heating system to a NordictR65 which is an open loop geothermal forced air furnace. This system also provides almost all of the domestic hot water and provides air conditioning to the homeowners.
This is what our clients had to say about their new geothermal system!
"Earth and Air Home Heating Systems Inc were professional, timely pleasant and practical. The work was meticulous and orderly. Furnace works great and we expect to save a pyramid of money. Perfect time to take advantage of government grants..." Josh and Jo

Installation #3:
This install was a retrofit from a propane boiler to a Nordic W75 geothermal hydronic system that heats the homeowner's floors. It is an open loop system that draws in lake water and produces more than enough heat to heat the home.
What these homeowners had to say:
"Working with Matt & Kim at Earth and Air was a seamless experience. Geothermal can be complex but their transparent pricing made the investment feel secure. Beyond the install, their attention to detail in fine-tuning the system made a huge difference in our home's comfort. We found huge value in their excellent after-sales service and the fact they remain in touch with us to ensure the system is performing as promised.
We've already noticed a significant reduction in our home heating cost with the geothermal system compared to heating with propane." Matt and Nicki

Installation #4:
This install was necessary to replace the homeowner's oil heating system. We installed an R65 open loop forced air geothermal furnace. The system provides heat, air conditioning and domestic hot water.
My name is Dan and I got an open loop geothermal system put in my house to replace my old oil furnace. I’ll be honest and I was a skeptic about using my well water. Scared of running out of water was my biggest concern. But after learning more about how the underground water table worked I was convinced. The savings was a no brainer. Matt’s installation was very professional and well organized with the water lines and wiring. This is my first winter using the system and my hydro bill only increased about $75/month. Considering the extreme winter we got. I would definitely recommend the geothermal system and Matt’s installation capabilities. Thank you from a happy customer

Installation #5:
This install involved removing an oil furnace and an oil boiler and replacing them with a Nordic R55 forced air furnace and a Nordic W45 hydronic heat furnace. The homeowner now has efficiently heated floors in their basement and forced air heat and cooling in the upstairs of the house.
Here are a few words from these satisfied clients!
"We absolutely love our geothermal system. It’s incredibly efficient, quiet, and provides consistent comfort year-round, which gives us real peace of mind. Beyond the system itself, the service has been exceptional from start to finish—and that ongoing support has made a huge difference for us."

Installation #6:
This retrofit was done at our own home in 2023. We eliminated an oil furnace and now have year round heating and air conditioning as well as domestic hot water. For us, the system has costed on average $1000/year to operate. This is based on 2.5 years of operation and a comparative analysis of our hydro bills. Our oil heating costs were on average $5,000/year for our home.

Installation #7:
This install was a direct replacement from an older Water Furnace brand geothermal furnace. This furnace runs off a lake loop, and supplies both forced air and hydronic heat and air conditioning for the home.
From the owner:
“Matt has been very efficient, attentive and responsive, before, during and after the process. “
J

Installation #8:
This extensive retrofit involved removal of an oil fired boiler and replacement with an open loop geothermal water to water furnace, backup heated buffer tank and air handler. This system supplies heat to the in floor heated car garage, in floor heating for the two story house and forced air heating and cooling for this 2000 square foot home.
Earth and Air has installed a geothermal system in my twenty-five year old home. Matt used the well for a water source, and circulated the water in my tile flooring. The existing duct work was retrofitted to accommodate an air handler for air conditioning and heat. It was a challenging job because space was limited. The working space was always maintained safely and very tidy. Lynda
